CROSSFIT
Our 60 minute CrossFit class is high intensity training at it’s finest. Our workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Our workouts are designed for both the beginner and the seasoned fitness enthusiast. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!
PERSONAL TRAINING
Work one on one with a coach to sharpen your skills and give special attention to your weaker areas. Your personal coach can work around your busy schedule, create a custom training plan to achieve your personal fitness goals, and and hold you accountable every step of the way.
NUTRITION
Food is fuel! Most people will eat so they aren't hungry. When we do that we tend to make choices that fill our stomach rather than fuel our body. Our nutrition coaching will help you understand what foods are better for fueling your body rather than filling it. A combination of the right food choices, in the right amounts, with the right consistency, will help you feel more energetic and can reshape your body. Let's eat!!
OPEN GYM
Don't want classes and just want to get your sweat on doing your own workout? We've got you covered with our open gym option that you can use 24 hours a day! Don't let time be a limit, get your work out in when you want!

I started CrossFit in 2012 and like many others got addicted to the methodology, to the community and to the physical and mental changes I have seen on myself. I complete my L1 CrossFit Trainer certificate in 2015 and the L2 In 2019. Most of all I love following athletes from when they show up on their first class not yet realizing their potential and then helping achieve greatness.

Certified PT NASM since 2007 and L1 CrossFit since 2018. I absolutely love the art of fitness! I love it even more when I see others conquer their goals & completely surprise themselves. HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.

Please purchase your drop-in using the link provided. After your purchase, you can navigate to our online schedule and reserve your spot in class. Reservations are available starting 24 hours prior to the class. We cap our classes at 12 people so reserving a spot in class is mandatory. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts to fill out a waiver form.
